Sentry box at the entrance to Hillsborough Castle. There are two of these boxes - one on either side of the Castle gates. (I guess the Queen mustn't have been visiting today as there was no soldier in the box. )

And who is peeking from the box now :)?
My granddaughters are 8, 9 and 11 years old. These ages are so wonderful, they are still children, but they already can do and understand very much.
Enjoyable days with your daughter!
Hi Mimmu,
Peeking from the box is my wonderful daughter - aged 7 and a half. It is a wonderful age , and she makes every day in life a pleasure. It sounds like your granddaughers are the light of your life also!
Lovely shot. I'm not sure the young lady is paying proper attention to her duties tho...
Oh, so nice to see a place I've been to. Hubby was from Lisburn so lots of times were spent in Hillsborough.
