Have you ever seen so many spelling mistakes in grafitti?

That standard of graffiti is totally unexceptable (c:
It's time they set up a school for vandals - if you're gonna do it, do it right.
... and while we're on the subject, just what do these morons have against phone boxes (and bus shelters) that they think it's ok to smash the glass? What can I say about a bunch of idiots whose main purpose in life is to create destruction? Well I could say W*"K£R$ but I won't since there's ladies present.

Thanks to Dr.A, I've found one spelling mistake : "unacceptable" (very similar to the French word) but don't see other ones, my English is not good enough :(
Spelling mistakes, smashed glass, graffitis...the kind of things you can also find in France unfortunatly.

I'm not really sure but I think it's mother's day in Uk and Ireland so, I just would like to say "Happy mother's day. Enjoy your day" (I think you can indulge yourself today and eat what you want :))

Ps : I Hope you'll forgive me for all the spelling mistakes I've made and for those I'll make in the future :)

MLL, this is how it should read (or not)

Muggings committed in E. Belfast are totally unacceptable.
Anyone caught will be severely dealt with.

You were correct , MLL, yesterday was 'Mothering Sunday' and I believe mothers were 'spoilt rotten'. Do you not have a similar day in France?

Ah yes -- Fête des Mères

Fête des Mères

Thanks for your comments Dr.A, now I see all the mistakes on the graffiti.

And, yes, as you could see, we've got our "fête des mères" too, it will be celebrated on the 25th of May this year. Of course, I love that day, not because I'm offered very expensive gifts (my husband is not the kind of guy to do that) but because of the beautiful little things my daughters make at school for that occasion (well, actually, my younger daughter is the only one to make something now) and for the little poem they learn. We can see they've "put all their heart" to do that (translation word for word, sorry).

Interesting page on Wikipedia.

And sorry, I didn't know I should have written "Mothering Sunday" instead of "Mother's day".

Do you also celebrate "Father's day" ?

Hi blue',
hope you are all right - we haven't heard from you in a while - and I really thought you would have been one of the first into Victoria Square. I was keeping an eye out for anyone with a camera and I think I may have been standing beside connormcc (he has a photo of the jazz duo featured on my post) but there were so many cameras that it would be impossible to know who was a blogger and who was a sightseer. Smelly wardrobes was somebody else I expected to be there.
BUT to get back to the subject in hand - I hope that there is nothing serious and you've just taken a bit of time out. Hope to hear from you soon. All the very best.

p.s. you want to see the word verification I have to key in - it's ginormous!

I was worrying too.
Or maybe, PC problems (again) or...you're gone on a journey ?

Hi mll & Dr Adder, Thanks for your concern and kind comments. I'm fine, but I have been lying low recently - the pc is working fine at present (I really shouldn't say this, as it will probably crash later tonight), but life has just been a bit more stressful than usual (family illness etc.) and I feel like I haven't had the chance to think straight, let alone take my camera out of my pocket for the last couple of weeks. Am definitely going to try to get back to the discipline of regular postings next week. Have a good weekend both of you!

Hi blue',
sorry to hear about the family illness and hope it is nothing serious, whatever it is just remember that family comes first so take time out from the blog for yourself and the family. Our thoughts and good wishes go with you.

That's exactly what I think, family comes first, of course, and who said you have to post regularly ?
Take care of your family.
I hope everything will be ok very soon.
