at the end of the rainbow

Is Goliath (or possibly Samson, I've never been able to tell the difference).

That's a great photo - I have a rainbow coming up tomorrow, but it's not as impressive as yours! My friend lives a short drive from Samson and Goliath - they're certainly a very striking landmark.

Did you follow it to the end to see if a leprchan was guarding a pot of gold? It seems more likely there'd be one hanging out in Ireland! :)

Nice pic, I wonder if that's the same rainbow I saw as I was driving into Belfast on saturday afternoon? Couldn't get a pic as I was on the motorway.
Looks like you're spending a lot of time hanging out of your bedroom window, with a camera - wonder what the neighbours are thinking!!!! (c:

Thanks for the comments - not posting at the moment as blogger won't let me (is anyone else getting the error message bX-fplysw when they try to upload a photo?). The picture was taken on Sunday afternoon - it was a very wet weekend so I guess there were a few rainbows about - and this time not from my bedroom window! (but just down the road a bit)..

that's quite a wide rainbow - great juxtaposition with the cranes
