I'm not officially participating in today's theme day (still haven't worked out how to..), but nevertheless, I thought I'd visit another city for the day. This was taken last summer, on the last night of a wonderful holiday in Paris, at the funfair in the Tuileries. (The chairs are empty as it had just started to rain- making it a little easier to go home.)

with the unofficial also-rans today we may reach 100 before the day is over!
I like the photo and it took me a long time to try and figure out what it was of and then I read your comments and learned. A rain delay.
My Theme Day portrait is of the "Peashooter" and the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Hope you like flying.
interesting photo, I had to stare at it awhile to figure out what was going on!
Ah, the Tuileries... what a beautiful place. And a rather poignant shot too, with all those empty seats.
