Really ugly. This block of offices/flats has been thrown up on the site of the old Victoria Centre on Chichester Street. Given that it is right beside the new flagship Victoria Square shopping centre, you'd think someone could have tried a little harder. ugly building...

well at least the brick work matches the building in front of it
I really love the traffic sign - 'all traffic keep right' - can't you just see the pandemonium that would cause if we followed instructions to the letter.

Looks like they ran out of bricks near the top :-)
Ugly is ugly, it's the high price of modernisation.
